Zepto Files Confidential IPO Papers With SEBI, Targets ₹10,000 Crore Listing in 2026

Quick-commerce startup Zepto has moved closer to a stock market debut by confidentially filing draft IPO papers with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The company is reportedly aiming to raise around ₹10,000 crore through its proposed initial public offering, which is expected to take place in 2026.

By opting for the confidential pre-filing route, Zepto can hold discussions with regulators without immediately making its draft prospectus public. This approach gives the company flexibility to fine-tune the IPO structure, valuation, and timing based on market conditions.

Founded in 2021, Zepto has rapidly expanded its 10-minute grocery delivery model across major Indian cities. The company competes with players such as Blinkit and Instamart and has emerged as a key name in India’s fast-growing quick-commerce segment.

Zepto has seen strong revenue growth in recent years, although losses have also widened as the company continues to invest heavily in expansion, logistics, and technology. The IPO is expected to help strengthen its balance sheet and support long-term growth plans.

If successful, the listing would mark a major milestone for Zepto and add to the growing list of new-age technology companies entering Indian capital markets.
