Kolte-Patil Developers Shares Surge as Strong Q1 Performance Boosts Investor Sentiment

Kolte-Patil Developers Shares Surge as Strong Q1 Performance Boosts Investor Sentiment

Kolte-Patil Developers shares witnessed a sharp rally after the company’s Q1 FY27 operational performance highlighted stronger collections and significantly improved price realizations. The company reported ₹617 crore in sales value during the quarter, broadly in line with ₹616 crore recorded in Q1 FY26.

The key positive came from customer collections, which jumped 30% year-on-year to ₹715 crore, compared with ₹550 crore in the same quarter last year. This indicates healthy execution and continued customer payments across the company’s projects.

Another major highlight was the 29% rise in average realization to ₹9,442 per sq. ft. The improvement was supported by strategic price revisions and a higher contribution from the Mumbai portfolio. Mumbai contributed around 30% of the company’s total sales value during Q1 FY27, making it an increasingly important market for Kolte-Patil.

The company also launched approximately 0.78 million sq. ft. of new area during the quarter. Its flagship Pune project, Life Republic, recorded sales of around ₹212 crore.

Overall, while sales bookings remained largely stable, the sharp improvement in collections and realizations, along with Mumbai’s growing contribution, provided positive signals for the company’s operational performance.
