Infosys Partners with AWS to Accelerate Enterprise Adoption of Generative AI

Indian IT major Infosys has entered into a strategic collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) aimed at accelerating the adoption of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) across enterprises globally. The partnership will combine Infosys’ AI‑first platform Topaz with AWS’s tools to drive innovation and operational efficiency for clients across sectors such as manufacturing, financial services, telecom, and consumer industries.

Under the alliance, Infosys will integrate Topaz’s suite of GenAI services, solutions, and platforms with AWS’s advanced AI tools to automate and enhance key business functions. Targeted areas include software development, human resources, recruitment, sales, and vendor management. The integration is expected to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and boost enterprise transformation efforts through intelligent automation and AI‑powered insights.

Executives from both companies underscored the strategic value of the collaboration. AWS leaders noted that the combined strengths of Infosys and AWS will help organizations achieve operational agility and unlock new value through AI innovations, while Infosys highlighted its commitment to building an AI‑first ecosystem for clients.

The partnership reflects broader trends in the technology sector, where traditional IT services firms are increasingly embracing generative AI as a core driver of digital transformation and competitive differentiation. With enterprises seeking to harness AI to reimagine processes and deliver enhanced customer experiences, the Infosys‑AWS tie‑up is poised to play a significant role in accelerating GenAI adoption at scale.
