Tata Motors Shares Jump 3.5% as Ambit Capital Initiates ‘Buy’ Rating, Sees 20% Upside
Tata Motors’ share price rose over 3.5% after Ambit Capital initiated coverage on the stock with a ‘Buy’ rating and a target price of ₹430, implying nearly 20% upside from current levels. According to Ambit, Tata Motors’ commercial vehicle (CV) segment is entering a strong recovery cycle driven by improving freight demand, better margins, and synergies expected from the IVECO bus business acquisition. The brokerage highlighted the company’s strengthening market position and improving profitability outlook, which boosted investor sentiment and pushed the stock higher.
