ICICI Bank Shares Jump 2% After Strong Q4; Brokerages See Up to 23% Upside

ICICI Bank Shares Jump 2% After Strong Q4; Brokerages See Up to 23% Upside

ICICI Bank shares gained nearly 2% in today’s trade, touching around ₹1,369, after the bank reported a strong Q4 FY26 performance. Net profit rose 8.5% YoY to ₹13,702 crore, while net interest income (NII) increased 8.4% to ₹22,979 crore.

Global brokerages remain largely positive on the stock. Jefferies has maintained a “Buy” rating with a target price of ₹1,670, implying around 23% upside from current levels. Meanwhile, Bernstein has a target of ₹1,550, suggesting balanced risk-reward and stable growth visibility.

Other brokerages have also stayed bullish:

  • Motilal Oswal: Target ₹1,750
  • Elara Capital: Target ₹1,783
  • JM Financial: Target ₹1,630
  • These targets indicate continued confidence in the bank’s loan growth, stable margins, and strong asset quality.

The key positive takeaway is that asset quality remains among the strongest in the sector, with healthy provision buffers and improving loan traction. This is why many analysts continue to consider ICICI Bank a top pick among large private banks.

Do you think ICICI Bank can cross ₹1,500+ soon, or is most of the Q4 strength already priced in?
